I bought a hd player for the enclosure so I can mount my hitachi drive inside of it.
I want to be able to press eject from the enclosure.

going to try to make the one on the HDplayer eject and the orig location as the mode B.

Solder 2 wires from the underside of both switches.
Both switches have 2 contacts on the bottom. If you solder 2 wires from the Xbox motherboard eject switch to the HD DVD drive switch you can use the HD DVD drive eject without any complications
2 wires, 4 solder points
And as a recommendation, put a break point into it, so it's easier to mod.
