This slim was never modded .
I was on dash 13599 then I had flashed it to the lt 3.0 for slim 0225 drive
test xdg2 and xdg3 backop and all working fine.
then i updated to 14699 dash afterward and tested the same games and all working fine .
Do I need to re-flashed since i just updated to 14699 dash so i wont be flag or ban?

Yes!
C4eva recommends flashing back to stock firmware prior to installing any dash update.
