So I have my jtag'd 360, I did it like 2 years ago. Anyway, I am on the latest freeboot, is it possible to go on the marketplace without getting console banned and my nand overwritten? I am kind of missing browsing the marketplace to download arcade demos and what not.

Hacked or exploited console = no LIVE of any form.
Get it re hacked ( depends on model) with rgh hack and dual NAND.
I would sell your jtag and get a newer console with above done.
Personally I am of the opinion that no hacked console is live safe.
Most people have one for live and a console for offline

Yup. 360's are cheap enough now to just keep one untouched for Live use and one for our homebew and backups. Put profile on USB thumb drive and swap them between the two consoles.

but make sure you dont use any homebrew while signed in with a live account on your JTAG or RGH console because it might be logged to your profile and could result in a live ban
