I've put the matrix glitcher v2 chip into a falcon and the boot is miserable. If I touch point B with my finger i can sometimes get it to boot.

I'm thinking I need to run the fine tuning program to fix this but the documentation on the programmer needed is sparse.

They just say you can use the same programmer from the freedom pcb programmer.

Had anyone used another type of usb programmer? Any schematics I can use to build my own? Pinouts of the cable to the fine tuning point?

Fixed - there was a easier solution. i shortened the C wire and now it boots in 5 secs!
