but want to know from the experts
what is best to modify a xbox at this moment soft mod or hard mod
just want to put xbmc and run some emulators after putting a big hdd
what do you guys recommend here
if hard mod what to use
what to use for soft mod
thanks
Heimdall
They both do the same thing.

Hardmod = chip or TSOP, BIOS depends on your Xbox and the chip you choose.
Softmod = Krayzie 1.1.1

i know this option is optional
2 Softmod and Nkpatcher Options
what should i check and what should i left uncheck
will there be an option to change these in later stage say if i want to connect my xbox to a monitor for example
should i check them ,
are they easy to do later if i dont tick them up
can you explain
say for example
i want to add 160 gb hdd now
there is no need to tick this option Use Nkpatcher .06
but if i want to add one 500 gb hdd later will it allow me to do
can it be done easily or you have to tick the option and use it at later stage
how to proceed
there are 6 options in total to choose from
what you recomend
Heimdall
I recommend that you read the instructions......

Run Kingroach NDURE 3.1, select your Kernel version under "Kernel Selection" and select "Create XBOXHDM Installer" - leave all other options at default.
