I got the Matrix NAND Programmer on my xbox 360. And everytime when i type NANDPro in command prompt it says this


"The program can't start because DlPortIO.dll is missing from your computer. Try re installing the program to fix the problem"

What is wrong and how do i fix this?

When i type nandpro usb: -r16 nand1.bin in command prompt it says this

"Looking for usb interface controller
Could not detect flash controller
can not continue"

Can somebody please help me with this. My pc picks up the nand programmer so i dont know what this could be.

So i have to resolder it to the xbox 360 mother board? And also i read something about i have to flash the .hex file to the nand pro. how do i do that?

You don't flash any hex file to nandpro. You've soldered it wrong. Something is touching another point or you haven't soldered the correct points all together. Check

I just noticed that you said that you don't have dlportio.dll, it means you need to install port95nt

yeah, before you check your soldering work, make sure you have installed port95nt, can usually be found in the nandpro release you are using...

Is there anybody i can trust that will do this mod for me cause i dont want to ruin my 360

if that is what you want, i suggest that you go to the installers subforum. lot's of people, and reviews of their work, in there and the installers also tell you where they are located. posting that request here will likely get you ripped off.
