I just finished install on 4x 4GB Matte Black Slim Consoles. I use coolrunners, QSB's, and the post QSB to tune their booting time.

All consoles booted 12/12 tested times, with an average of ~10 seconds. These consoles come with Console, AV cable, and Power Brick. Asking 200$ Shipped. If you don't want the bricks, let me know, and I can come down on price a little bit. Currently all running 14699 firmware. Consoles will come with a disc containing all the nand dumps, DVD/CPU key, etc.

The DVD Drives on these consoles are stock. If you desire LT+3.0, we can talk about that.

Please note that these still function fully, and at present there is no advantage to RGH2 versus RGH1 on a slim. If anything, RGH1 is still better, because J-runner, and other tools support it.
