Wanting to wire this up for my atx mod I'm doing:



Have tried it but no success, so something is wrong & I've checked to make sure all is wired right..

can you feel or hear the drive start to spin up?

You know that pin 3: Open Close and pin 4: Tray status?

Not just a constant 3.3v

Pin 4: 3.3v = Status Open
0.0v = Status Closed

Pin 3: Open/Close: momentary tied to gnd to open/close drive door.

@ddxcb - Yeah I know that but even with PIN3/4 removed it still won't start up

Is this for PC or xbox?

An xbox thats in an atx case I have an extended cable, but sata to j1j1 would look neater
