Ok so this owner of a local pawn shop had a busted old arcade cab that he wanted refurbished and wanted it updated with lcd and wanted it to run a xbox 360 jtag he already had all the electronics on site i just had to order new buttons sticks.just finished jtagging a falcon and rebuilding the control box here are a few before and after pics.

Here is the controller all wired up and the jtag 360 added a ton of fans and extended all the buttons from motherboard.

Well the customer decided he was just gonna run the control panel without the cab and just use the jtag as is so here is the video.
