Moderately increases low-end fan speed so more air flows through system before it gets too hot.

Yes, I'm making and selling these.

I now set combined shipping, adds 5 cents for each additional chip ordered.

You can also use 2 chips in parallel if massive airflow is needed, or incorporate your own switch.

These chips should also boost any PWM fan where you can get a 5V power source, such as Xbox 360 Slims or PC's... I've yet to test this.
