So, I have an xbox, I acceidentally permanently unlocked the original disk.
I have a replacement disk, it's lockable. I keep seeing that I cant just throw my crap on there and lock it.
So what are my options regarding getting this box fixed. I have one that's working and one DVD rom to share between them.
Any and all help would be great.
I've looked through the search, Google and other places including your wiki. I've not found anything that is up to date or doesnt have a million and a half URLs that are bad or are MegaUpload.

Do you have a backup of your eeprom data? Typically a file: eeprom.bin

You could possibly check on your unlocked hard disk on a PC with explorer 360. If you're lucky you might find your eeprom file there.

If not, you need to build an eeprom reader. http://wiki-scene.com/EEPROM_(Xbox)#Using_A_Reader

One you have your eeprom, lock the disk with xboxhdm or another locking tool.

Edit: I see in your title 'Have eeprom files'... So just use xboxhdm to relock..

I have the EEProm file and the file that contains the old keys of the original disk. as far as I know the disk cant be relocked ever again. so at this point I might aswell throw a new disk in it, but I need information to prepare it...

When I get this one does I can repeat the procedure on the other one. (Two boxes I want to set up, one for living room and the other for my room.)

You can relock the old one. Most methods of locking use the eeprom.bin, no other backup files needed.
