So i can pretty much say that my burnt varistor is 10D241K?
After i took my ps2 off. You can pretty much tell that the varistor is burnt. (i thought it was a capacitor). The Fuse there seems to be fine by "just" "looking" at it. Btw, the fuse is a small fat round thing. pretty unusual than the normal ones ive seen in Psu repair tuts.
(low quality.. sorry)

I replaced the Varistor and the Xbox still wont turn on.
Iam on a vacation right now, as soon as i get the chance to go home, ill go try to fix my xbox with all your help. :-) thanks. :-)
anyway, what do you think is wrong? are there other broken components as well? like what? Fuse broken?
capacitors? resisitors?
There are no burnt marks on board though.
Thanks for helping. :-)
