I have a kinect here, and a older white xbox, I have been told I need kinect adventures to install the kinect stuff onto it. I have no kinect adventures, what do I do? Has the latest firmware got all the kinect stuff built in.

Try doing a video chat with someone (they don't have to have a kinect). It should install the software. The other thing you could do is rent a kinect game.

I just plugged my Kinect into my Jasper and it immediately installed the drivers.
Just make sure you have the latest dashboard on hand, either on your HDD or a USB stick, and it should install whatever drivers you need.
