It's been a while since I've been here or even worked on an Xbox. Yesterday a friend of mine handed me an Xbox, a dead PC and $250 cash and said 'make it happen'. I've been working on it for about 4 hours now and I think I'm due for a Skyrim break

Here's the motherboard installed. I cut the bottom of the Xbox case out and used the PC motherboard stand offs to mount it.


Here's the hard drive mounted.

That's a good clean start to a badass mod. I've used that case in the past for building cheap PC's, what do you plan on doing with the controller ports?
