how come I see so many xbox 360 slim banned from xbox live?
was there a massive ban ? is 3.0 safe?
lots of people are selling their ban console on craiglist.

Modded XBOX isn't the only reason to get banned on live, they could of been using them for cheating COD lobbies or stealing passwords, etc. There is plenty of other things that break TOS that can get the console banned.
