i bought a used xbox 360 slim with a stuck dvd drive. the thing is stuck closed but not completly closed anyone else have an xbox 360 slim have this problem. i took the drive apart it seems the gears are stuck. i can't get at them because the tray won't open. any way i can get the tray off it looks impossible without breaking it. i've searched online with out any help.

Take the drive apart and dig into it from the bottomside.. you should be able to get at the gears from there.

yea i can't plastic is covering it. only thing there is the motor for the belt. i tried getting it out but the belt is holding it i think from coming down throw the hole.
