What does your nand flasher say on the DOS box or the gui log output?
Is the flash still reporting to the nandflasher?
Are you getting any config status?
Flashconfig should say" 00023010 for slim

it depends what happened. do you have an orig.bin you saved somewhere? if not it doesn't matter what you do!. unless your problem is related to a wire on the modchip falling off and shorting somewhere. honestly that is all u can hope for if you don't have orig.bin.

you're only option is to use your hardware flasher and do it over again. No Xell available because something got corrupted. You need physical wired access. If you cannot do this then you need to contact someone who can. Someone like me can provide that service
That's all there is.
