is it still ok to use xbox live if i install the 4977 bios (with mod turned off a but EVO-X installed)i.e: is 4977 a hacked bios booting from evoxdash.xbe with the mod on?

You can get on Xbox Live with any modchip turned ON...but then you will be banned...so the question is how do i not get banned...
You must run the Original MS Bios...and the Original MS bios can only run the Original MS Dash...therefore you cannot run that X2 bios w/ evoX dash and expect to not be banned from XBLive
