Well what new dashboard did you install, how did you install it, have you checked to see if its linking correctly in its config file to the MS dash? (C:\xboxdash.xbe) etc...

Are you using Evox? And if so did you rename the MS dashboard file to "msxboxdash.xbe"? If you just wrote over the xboxdash.xbe with another dashboard file then you won't be able to access the MS dashboard anymore. It sounds like that's what could have happened.

okay, so it looks like i cant get the xbox dash anymore becasue i just over wrote the other thing. So here is a new question, is there any program i can download to put on my box that will let me view my memory? For example, i have action replay and i wanna put saves on my harddisk. What program would i need to do that? Thanks

I'm not exactly sure of any apps on your box, but you could get xbox saves manager off of xbox-saves.com

That helps a lot, thanks a lot. If anyone could think of a place where i can get the original xbox dashboard that would be very helpful. Thanks again.
