im havin probs w. new released mp3's when i download them off kazaa network. apparently most of the new mp3's out have some kind of crap on them and after about 10 secs of listening, a loud scratching sound plays through the rest of the song. if this is a strategic move by the riaa to flood kazaa w. bogus mp3's where do you all go to get music now? this f*ckin sux and i want my music ;

ye i had that 2 but the only song i had that with was like a pimp by david banner, so far thats the only song i know its from, if there is more then its probally somehting new in kazaa or something.

RIAA and Musicians have been doing this for months...flood kazza with sample mp3s. There goal is to make the average user be like, " fuck, what am i going to do know"

the problem is there so many other ways to get music...they can't stop the scene!

Just download lots of different versions of the file at once, one of them is likely to be good. As a general rule, good versions tend to have more users.

Alternatively, go find grown-up P2P software with a proper hashing algorithm. I'd like to see the RIAA try to poison the Edonkey network.

yea im just now installin edonkey, hopefully itll be better than this kazaa

edonkey is ok, but it takes literally thousands of years to download any file over 50 Mb.

If you have patience, its a great network, but sometimes you gotta sit and twiddle your thumbs while you're using it

Personally I like GNUTella. No bad files, but its hard to find a good host to download from. Too many people have firewalls.

Try Gnucleus. You'll like it.
