Still need some help, I just got a new maxtrix chip iam tryin to install Xecuter2.Build.4977 on my chip 256k, ever time i try and boot i keep gettin the error 16 screen i dont see the xecuter under the Xbox screen, I looked up error 16 and got Other files to do with dashboard / dashboard settings (specific dashboard error)
i try and use boot cds and still nothing can some1 HELP ME PLEZ...

Is your chip enabled or disabled when you are getting error code 16? It could be that you have the chip disabled and the system sees the drive is not locked and this is why you are getting the error. If the chip is enabled, then I am not sure why you are getting the error. Make sure the chip is enabled though, I think you'll be fine.
