sup guys, just wondering if there are any other snes emulators out there besides snes9x? it works fine its just i dont like the game selection screen, i like dgen and fce style...

Using a EMU for its UI instead of its compatibility, stability, and overall preformance, is ...well, quite frankly, absolutly retarded.

The UI is pretty dope at that.

yes there are, there are 2 Snes Emulators but they both have almost the same name, that is why everybody thinks that there is only one version,

there is xsnes9x version 1.04 created by Lantus www.lantus-x.com

and there is a version called Snes9x-x 0.23 created by some japanese Guys http://90-26x.port5.com/

they are both great only xsnes9x has more configuration options....

i like xsnes9x alot better than hikarus version..... almost, well all of his emus have sound problems. even his gba emu..... thank God for xport version of vba....

whats wrong with you??? i actually bought my xbox only after seeing the amazing snesx port by lantus!!! its absolutely perfect in compatibility and appearence!!!!! u even can change the skin! (i made one with Aki from FF Movie always smiling at me :-) while listening to a Golden Disk 64 sid file) PERFECT!!!

ya i agree. The UI is the bomb. And it is THE emu for snes. Hands down.

But his topic title said Snes9x X which sounds like 90x26's version, so you don't need to be too harsh. Still, he's probably got the message about Lantus' version by now.
