I tried the method to be able to access the original MS DASH through EvoX. I must have did something wrong, It boots to a error now, I see the Xbox intro then it pops up a error saying needs service. I can still play a regular game, but i need a way to get back to EvoX or get FTP access, HELP!

Where exactly i get that? and keep in mind that I dont have a modded box, I used the 007 hack

smoody did you back up your original xboxdash file? i used kraken's method and it worked perfectly for me..
i put my modified xboxdash.xbe file into the root of e: and pointed to it via evox.ini and it booted straight to it via the evox dash... check and see if you made any mistakes, typos, anything... and dont forget to re-sign the xboxdash.xbe file before you send it back to your xbox hdd...
and btw just use the 007 hack to get back to evox to get FTP access to your box again

use 007 and load evox. then Ftp the backup files back where they were.

I installed the evox dash expiolt thing. But then took it off without any problems. So dont worry you will be fine aslong as u backed everything up.

Thanks , and yes ofcourse i made a complete backup of my drive. I know what I did wrong, I followed the instructions correct, I left .safe on the end of my xboxdash.xbe. So, Im sure thats the problem, I actually used Mech Assault to do the exploit. The saved game file is still on my HD of the xbox., So i can just run Mech Assault and load it again, corrrect? This stuff gets tricky, hehe
