in Convvid2Daph, so you can convert the videos for use in DaphneX.

DaphneX fully supports DL2. The PC Daphne only has preliminary support in the CVS build at the moment.

please discuss DaphneX related things and how to get the Convvid2Daph
converted Dragon's Lair 2 video files to work with DaphneX in this forum.
Dragon's Lair 2 is still not supported in the PC version of Daphne.

could someone give a step by step of how to set up daphne-x on dvd-r? I have the mpeg files etc. from the pc version of daphne.
I'll use recordnow dx to make the disc.

I have an 1 mpeg of lair2.
How do I get this playable onto the box? can i convert the mpeg to m2v or wotever in tmpeg?

New to the forum.....great stuff being able to play these classic laser discs games once again..but without pumping in a ton of quarters. I have a quick question, for dragon's lair 2 dvd video....i have downloaded convvid2daph, everything went smooth....the program generated m2v and ogg files and a frame file. does DL2 need dat files to run? i believe that i have put things in the proper folders for daphne x. When i run daphne x i can't get the game to initialise.....hmmmm can anyone shed some light.

In addition to the m2v, ogg and frame files, you also need the ROM files...

I need a frame file myself... and am too stupid to build 1 from scratch... can you send me yours...
