Well, last night I was installing my matrix in my xbox to insure that it actually worked because my programmer wasn't recognizing it or something so I couldn't flash it. Anyways I lined it up, flashing green, i hold it still and screwd it in. I didn't tighten it too much or anything. But the next thing I know there's smoke coming from under it. I unplugged the power as fast as I could and at first I thought it was my xbox that had just about fried. But I was holding the Xodus and I could smell the electrical smoke on it so I turned it upside down and I see this.. And yes, I did use the washer, I believe the washer dug in to the embedded wiring and caused it to short.

Poor Xodus

.
I could rewire it so it'd work again, but I think my programmer is dead so I'm not gonna even bother. I sent an email to EasyBuy for an RMA request so hopefully I can get it exchanged.
I'm not noob at electronics so I was quite suprised that this happened to me and not a noob.
