um yeah well the short story is that i have an xbox that won't play games it will play cd's and dvds it just won't play games.
it tells me that my xbox needs a service but i can't give it to MS because it has been tampered with.
basically i have come in contact with a guy who says he can fix it by putting a chip in it and re entering the software then removing the chip.
as i don't want anyone touching the thing because that's how it got broken in the first place i want to fix it and mod chip it myself because i don't trust anyone anymore.
can someone give me information on how to fix it and where i can buy the modchip from so i can do it myself.
i am able to access a very good computer so if i need to use a top of the range computer then i can.
