I'm getting my xbox modded and its comin like this week, so before i go on xbox live can I get some tips what to do so I wont get banned.

you really just need to read before you post. This is all over these forums. In posts, pinned topic, tutorials.
you need your modchip off.

My pinned topic for example

make sure mod is OFF for ANYTHING dealing with live and dont go to the MS DASH with mod ON they say u get banned also i did it once and never got banned but am not risking it again

What do you mean? do u mean dont go to the MS dash through, say, evolution x for example? If my mod is on it always goes to the evoxdash, not the MS dash? I've been to the MS dash through evox to change sound settings etc. but haven't yet tried LIVE (us pour Aussies have to wait till October).

You can go to the MS dash with the modchip on, just don't access the Live tab.
