Now that XBMP is at 2.4 , have the bugs with samba been resolved? When I upgraded to 2.3 I was stoked about the ability to stream mp3's off my samba server, but I was never able to because XBMP would hang when it tried to list the contents of large directories. Have any of you had luck with doing this now in 2.4? If so, what version of samba are you using on your Linux box? I would appreciate it you could let me know of your experience with this, and details of your setup / configuration. Also, is there a better solution for streaming mp3's from a linux box on my xbox? I appreciate your help, and advice. Thanks!
