I get the same codes when i try to start live with a new eeprom i buyed from someone here on the forums, but when i use my original eeprom i get the banned error. This is really strange

I also use a router, but there is never any prob with the old eeprom, only with the new.

Im not too sure, but i do know that if these codes have a six in them it means you're banned, so it must be to do with the settings (IP, DNS) sorry i can't be of more help

I am having the same problem. My codes are the same with the exception of Y:00C2 03E0. I'm running a Tsop flashed with Executer Bios on the back half and the original on the front. Installed 120G HD and locked it with ConfigMagic. Booting to the original bios ofcourse before connection. M$ is stumped. I didn't ask but they said at the beginning of my call that my account is still active. No indication that I am banned. Set the MTU to 1365 or greater and no joy. All ports open. All is still good with XBConnect. Not that that makes a difference.

Anyway, glad to see I'm not the only one.

I had the same problem. It was telling me Xbox live not found. I resolved the problem by Plugging the xbox directly into my cable modem. Seem the xbox cannot connect to xbox live if it is on a rounter and not the DMZ host. Currently looking for a way around this.

Direct connect to modem tried as well with no joy. All was good with Live prior to Tsop flash and HD swap. There must be something we're missing. Would it make a difference if Live was installed after the mod and HD swap?
