its a clear cd lable will only let me write with laser printers i want to know if i can put it on both sides of the cd to scratch protect it?

I would not recommend using anything applied to any disk.
However.. I do have a solution.. assuming you want to try it.
There is a micro-thin acrylic 2 pc shell system.. that encapsulate a CD or DVD. Retailed for about 3$ each.
Problem was.. it added 1.3MM to the diameter of the disk. Making it unplayable in many players.
Assuming your player could accomodate the larger disk.. it was a decent setup. The design was perfectly balanced.. (unlike CD label systems.. which are near impossible to center 100%)
I still would recommend it tho. Take care of your disks.. and keep your friends from touching them. I'm lent out CDR.. that I've used 100's of times scratch free.. kept in binders.. only to have lent them out once to a friend.. and see them come back with my scratchs on them then asian hookers.
