I have executor 2.2 lite +, x24977 bios, slayers evox 2.4 dash with xbmp 2.4 player. I can't get any video files to play full screen. they all play in thumbnail view but when in full screen all I get is a black screen or sometime black screen and flickering screen, but no video. I have tried to calibrate but that didn't help.

anyone else have same problem or offer any suggestions?

I have tried divx files, xvid, mpeg1 & mpeg2. all were ftp'd to my xbox, I can't seem to stream them but that's another problem.

already tried that. it just flashes black and white while calibrating it.

You haven't calibrated your screen properly.

There should be 2 white arrows. One on the top left and one in the bottom right.
If one or both are off screen move them into place using the d-pad. The bottom right one may be WAY off just keep hitting the correct d-pad button, try them all untill you see the numbers change. Then keep hitting it till you see it come on screen.

Alternatively try hitting the black button while calibratiing your screen, it MAY reset them to a better default postion.

I have tried that, they move from the middle of the screen to the left and top of the screen. and ther eis no picture. it is either black or a flickering black/white picture. the cursors will not go beyond the middle of the screen and they won't go past the top/left portion of the screen.

what would you suggest next?

anyone else have a suggestion I can use. I've tried searching and can't find any answers that have helped yet.
