ummmm my guess would be to remodel a ghost so the bottom would be lower so it would kinda drag under the ground. make it a boat. that WOULD be cool

A boat floats on water, not the ground.

i would suggest remodeling it with a warthog.
unless you are making it a jet ski or something,
and to make it look like it's on the water just change the vehicle hight from ground higher so it would LOOK
like it's floating. keep in mind if you do this then when you drive the "warthog" or boat on land
it will look like the boat is flying

I've kind of made a boat. I was modding headlong and I raised the waterlevel and I used Insolence to edit bones and swap hmlt's and it had no tires, tank treads on the side, and a wraith mortar for the turret. Then I made it fly like a banshee and I used the Banshee Ceiling app off halomods and i made the max 5, and teh minimum 7. The water level was 6. With a max of 5 and min. of 7, once you got in, it balance @ 6 which was, The water level! So yea, I hope one of ya'll get inspired or something, It was pretty cool but then stupid error and I reformatted and lost it. I may have it on my computer somewhere, meh.
