Someone already posted a guide on this, but I thought I'd mention my source for "silver conductive paint"
You use it to create the 4 solder bridges on the motherboard to enable TSOP writing. However rather than soldering it on with a burning hot solder, you just use a tiny paintbrush and paint it on. Increadibly easy. The bottle I ordered was tiny (it held about a thimblefull of paint) but the bottle will definately go a long way. It set me back $15 including shipping.
Hope this isn't considered SPAM
