I have the same problem with motogp2 and more games,what am I doing wrong.
I downloaded this games and than extract them to a folder,make a xiso with simplexiso.
Put it on my harddisk and try to play it but the screen stay,s black our go back to the xbox strat screen
can somebody tell me wat to do iám new in these thing.

Have you patched the backup? (with a media check patch)

Have you turned off the 3x IGR settings in Evox? (evox.ini)

Have you unplugged the Network Cable from the Xbox before playing the MotoGP2 backup.
