I use ISO maker, to make ISO's and I normally use XISO to extract ISO's because ISO maker doesn't extract them.

And I'm not aware of any other Xbox ISO makers.

But I've heard XISO isn't to good, so which one do you use ?

I use Craxtion and SimpleX quite interchangeably. Both do the core functions of creation and extraction equally well. For me, it kind of depends on whether I want the added features of Craxtion at the time, or I just want to create or extract the ISO, in which case I would use SimpleX's shell extensions.
